Having grown up in Tahiti and lived several years in Hawaii, I’ve spent countless hours searching for unique shells and colorful sea glass. This hobby extended to trips abroad, namely Costa Rica on my honeymoon and Tahiti to see my mom. My husband and I walked the shores picking up tiny ocean treasures. After returning to our new home in Hawaii we undertook many DIY projects. Artistic curiosity led me to create beach jewelry to wear around our tropical paradise. Success was attained when friends complimented my homemade pieces and asked for some themselves. It’s been such a joy to create something wearable out of wire and shells and have others enjoy them! I want to thank my husband who always encourages my endeavors and helps out in any way he can.
